| Abstract. In this paper, a technique is presented for especially perturbed linear and nonlinear systems of second order initial-boundary value problems with exponential initial layers. The technique is a combination of the area decomposition technique and the reproducing kernel technique. A proper reproducing kernel is constructed for initial layer area problem. some numerical examples are probed the accuracy of the present thechnique. Results acquired by the technique indicate the technique is magnetic. And we consider especially perturbed linear systems of second order initial-boundary value problems in the reproducing kernel space Keywords:Reproducing kernel technique. Exponential initial layers.
